This agreement is with New Standard Business Development LLC, the operator of 3PL Warehouse Space. Use of this site means you agree to these terms.

Our service
3PL Warehouse Space is a warehouse placement and referral service. The service is free to shippers. Warehouses may pay us when they win business.

Independent warehouses
We are not the warehouse operator. Quotes come from independent third-party warehouses. You contract directly with the warehouse you choose. That warehouse controls its staff, building, prices, and work.

Quotes and space
A quote is not a promise that space will stay open. Prices and terms may change until you and the warehouse sign an agreement. We cannot promise space in every market or for every product.

Your information
Give complete and accurate facts about your freight. You must share any safety, legal, temperature, weight, size, or handling rules. You are responsible for reviewing each quote and warehouse before signing.

General information
Our guides and site copy give general information. They are not legal, customs, tax, food-safety, or other expert advice. Confirm regulated choices with your customs broker, lawyer, food-safety expert, or other advisor.

No warranties
We provide the site and referral service as available. We do not promise that every quote, warehouse, site detail, or result will meet your needs.

Limit on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 3PL Warehouse Space is not liable for indirect, special, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim tied to this free service will not exceed $100.

Governing law
Idaho law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper authority in Idaho.
