02How many quotes will I get?
You typically receive 3–5 competitive quotes from vetted partners. Specialized requirements or tight capacity can affect the count; our goal is always multiple real options, not a single rate.
03How fast do quotes arrive?
First quotes usually start within one business day, with the full comparison arriving within a few days. Bonded, frozen and hazmat requests can take longer because fewer facilities qualify.
04Do you handle food-grade, bonded and hazmat freight?
Yes. We source facilities qualified for your commodity, including audited food-grade, customs-bonded and hazmat storage. Tell us your certifications, temperature requirements and chemical classifications so we can check the right facilities.
05Is there a minimum pallet count?
Minimums depend on the warehouse, commodity and handling profile. Submit your actual pallet count, even for a small requirement, and we will check which partners can accommodate it and disclose any monthly minimums.
06What if my market isn't listed?
We search all 50 states. If we don't already have a vetted partner in your market, we research local operators, vet candidates and bring back multiple options.
07How do you vet warehouse partners?
We verify insurance, relevant audits and certifications, comparable shipper references, systems and available capacity before a quote reaches you. A facility must fit your freight, not just appear in a directory.
